Triumph Bonneville description

17,000 original miles. Box stock Bonnevile 750 as sold at Pete Andrews' Boston Triumph/Indian dealership back in '76. Made reliable with modern electronic ignition & black box regulator. Fully tuned, ridden by me for maybe 200mis, passed inspection and sat as a museum piece since '01. These bikes were designed to last forever as transportation for the working man in England. Has a neat sissy bar to tie stuff on while traveling. Most British fans would prepare it out of dead storage themselves. See photos. $4999 CASH ONLY. This would still make a terrific rider. See at CYCLE MECHANIX at 959 Washington St., (rt. 138) Stoughton MA or call: 781 344 XXXX

Another bikes vs. car drift battle

Icon have just released a sequel to last year's popular drift video that featured Nick Brocha on a stretched ZX10 racing alongside a Corvette-Powered RX7.  Upping the stakes this time, Brocha is joined by Ernie Vigil, both onboard Triumph Speed Triples that have been built for the sole purpose of moving forward, but sideways. Taking up the rear is a supercharged 550hp Ford Mustang Cobra, quite apt really seeing how the film ends. Like the recent Jorian Ponomareff 'Drift Gymkhana', its great to see another video that does justice to the talent on show.

Church of MO: 2002 Triumph 955i Daytona First Ride

Sun, 03 Apr 2022

For a while there it looked like Triumph wanted to play the superbike game with the rest of the world. But slimming down the 955i Daytona by losing its original one-sided swingarm, and other weight-saving measures, sometimes seemed more like cost-cutting ones. And maybe Triumph sensed the imminent demise of the superbike a bit earlier than some others.
