2002 Triumph Bonneville Standard on 2040-motos
Triumph Bonneville tech info
Triumph Bonneville description
2002 Triumph Bonneville , I have a 2002 Triumph Bonneville for sale. It is a great bike, wonderful for newer riders. It is completely stock except for the handlebars, mirrors, rear rack, fly screen, and the seat. This is a 790cc carburetor driven bike. Spoke wheels, currently rear has a slow leak and needs to be repaired (Rod's Power Sports says about 60.00) The bike has almost 31,000 miles on it. I am the 3rd owner. The prior two owners were older gentlemen that rode gently. The bike has never been dropped and has rarely been ridden above 65 mph, despite its ability to do much better. No equipment/helmets/etc, or the cowl for the seat will be included, as this is not going to be my last bike. There are some health issues that I have to address (lower back surgery) before I can ride again. These pictures were taken today (10/18). Please arrive with cashiers check or cash in hand. Unfortunately test rides are not possible due to the rear tire issue-but the bike has only sat for a week, and can be started with no issues. I will offer a 3 day ride period after payment to allow for the tire to be fixed and the bike to be evaluated. I would like 3500.00 for this bike, but the price is somewhat negotiable. This is a modern Bonnie with classic style. Email, please, to start. I will not deliver, as I cannot tow. $3,500.00 4029651280

Freedom Friday Photo Contest
Fri, 12 Apr 2013Freedom Friday is a call-to-action on the AMA’s Facebook page each Friday to alert motorcyclists about issues posing threats to motorcycling freedoms. Riders can partake in a weekly contest related to these issues and win prizes. Each week’s Freedom Friday photo contest asks AMA members to send a photo of themselves, preferably with their bike, near a symbol of the current topic. The issue that kicks off today is access discrimination, which can be illustrated with a photo of a “No Motorcycles Allowed” sign, “Wilderness” sign or anything related to freedom to illustrate their concern as a motorcyclist.
2014 Triumph America Horizon Revealed in CARB Documentation
Mon, 18 Mar 2013New documents released by the California Air Resources Board reveal the existence of a new model from Triumph to be called the America Horizon for the 2014 model year. As its name implies, the 2014 Triumph America Horizon will likely be based on the existing Triumph America (the 2012 America is pictured above with touring accessories as an illustration.) The CARB documents confirm it will use the same 865cc parallel-Twin engine as the America as well as the Bonneville, Scrambler, Thruxton and the Speedmaster. We predict a claimed output of 60hp at 6800rpm and 53 ft-lb.
Laguna Seca Added to 2014 AMA Superbike Schedule
Thu, 13 Mar 2014AMA Superbike will be racing at Laguna Seca this year after all, with AMA Pro Racing announced the addition of the Monterey, Calif., circuit to its 2014 schedule, joining the World Superbike Championship on July 11-13. Laguna Seca was not included in AMA Pro Racing’s calendar, but its addition now increases the number of rounds in the series to six. That’s still down from the nine rounds held in 2013, but the absence of Laguna Seca and its famed Corkscrew would have been an especially tough loss.
