1973 Triumph Bonneville T140, 1973 Triumph Bonneville - COMPLETELY RESTORED, Pristine - $8400 I am hesitant to even put this bike up, because a large part of me doesn't want to let this beautiful bike go. For sale is a 1973 Triumph Bonneville 750 T140 Last year of the British right hand drive. I recently had this bike completely restored as a 70th birthday present for my father. It was expertly restored by the best Triumph guy on the West Coast, Steve Giblin of European Motorcycles in Redmond, WA, who specializes in Triumphs, Nortons and BSAs. I am begrudgingly placing it up for sale. It was restored for my father as a present, but illness prevents him from riding it. I have more pics available and can show the bike at your convenience. I can also give an itemized statement with all the work that has been done ($4500 in work alone). This bike is gorgeous. It runs like a gem. First kick over, every time. “The Meet” Vintage Motorcycle Show This Saturday
Mon, 18 Aug 2014The stage is set for ”The Meet at ACM” motorcycle show this weekend in Tacoma, WA. While festivities will begin on Friday evening, America’s Car Museum (ACM) will host the third annual Vintage Motorcycle Festival on Saturday from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Organizers expect 450 vintage motorcycles and scooters from all over the nation to attend.
2012 Triumph Tiger 1050 and 1050SE – New Suspension, Handlebars and Colors
Tue, 27 Sep 2011Triumph announced some updates to its Tiger 1050 and Tiger 1050SE for 2012, though at the moment it appears only the SE version will be offered in the United States. The 2012 Triumph Tiger 1050 and the special edition version receive updated suspension with new damping settings for both the front and the rear as well as a stiffer rear shock. Triumph says the updates will provide a more controlled ride for both riding solo or with a passenger while brake diving is also reduced.
