1970 Triumph T120R 650cc Dirt Tracker - Built by Bobby Van Meter “Custom Engineering” out of Bakersfield, CA. Pro Riders were Sid Payne, Rick Newby, Ron Toby, Ron Pierce, Paul Bostrom etc. This is Bobby’s “Winning Combination” from racing Triumphs in the AMA nationals for 40 years. Almost everything on the bike is BRAND NEW. Since being built, bike has been ridden only a few times to break in the motor and at Willow Springs earlier this month.

2013 Triumph Trophy Spy Photos

Spanish magazine Motociclismo has acquired photos of what it says will be a new 2013 Triumph Trophy 1200 sport-tourer. According to Motociclismo, the 2013 Triumph Trophy 1200 uses many of the same components as the recently launched Triumph Tiger Explorer, including its 1215cc inline Triple engine and shaft drive. The Trophy 1200 will likely also get traction control and ABS like the Tiger Explorer, as well as touring-oriented niceties such as an adjustable windscreen, heated grips, panniers and cruise control.

MO’s Associate Editor and FNG, Evans Brasfield, is on the scene and ready to test the latest versions of Triumph’s big cruiser, now with a new frame. Until now however, you had to have a motorcycle license or ride as a passenger with another traveler who does.
