Triumph Bonneville description
I found this bike earlier this summer and had plans to
rebuild it with my family this winter, but something came up. My wife's family

This bike has been sitting in a garage for almost 30 years. It appears that someone started to take it apart years ago and gave up for some reason. Because of that, I have not tried to start it. The valve covers are off and everything looks fine. I removed the spark plugs and they look good. The guy that I got it from said that it ran fine when he put it away (for what that is worth).
The bike is being sold as is.
I am not much of a bike guy, but I will try my best to describe it. I was told by other people that this is what I have. I could be wrong. If you are reading this, you most likely know more than me.
- This is a 1967 Triumph Bonneville 650 motor (with title)
- Harley peanut tank (clean inside)
- Invader front rim
- Invader forks ?
- Harley rear rim ?
- I was told the frame maybe a Norton?
The rear fender is junk and the headlamp has cracked glass.
The pipes are not attached to the bike, they are just resting on it.
Needs paint !!!!!
This is what they call a farm fresh 1970s chopper.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I will try my best to help.

Wed, 02 Nov 2022Limited Edition Street Triple Moto2 Edition Headlines The Show Triumph has announced a shakeup to its ever-popular Street Triple range today, introducing not one, but three evolutions to the family, creating what it says is “the most powerful Street Triple range ever.” Building off the success it has forged by being the sole engine supplier for the Moto2 racing category, Triumph now introduces the Street Triple R, Street Triple RS, and the Street Triple 765 Moto2 Edition – the latter of which will be relegated to just 765 units worldwide. Unlike Honda, whose CBR600RR engine was the basis of the Moto2 category during its birth, Triumph has used the racing category to advance the 765cc three-cylinder engine shared between the race bikes and production bikes. The latest Street Triple range is the beneficiary of those advancements.
