1966 Triumph Trophy TR6C Original Barn Find in storage since 1975! Odometer shows 4,233 For sale is one of my personal bikes I planned to get back on the road. This is a 1966 Triumph Trophy TR6C. It has been sitting inside a garage since 1975! The bike has alot of cool parts on it and would make a cool chopper. It has a very nice stance. The odometer shows 4,233. There are a few boxes of parts that go with it. I am not a Triumph Expert, so please ask if you have any questions. This bike will need a total restoration. I will ship or arrange shipping to the lower 48 at the expense of the buyer. Please look at all items very carefully and request additional photos if you are unsure of something. Please ask any questions prior to purchase or bidding. I am not an expert, everyone else is. The new device is presented in the S and RS versions, carries the former 1050 index, but can do something more than its predecessor.
Official Triumph Owner's Manual Confirms Speed Twin and Scrambler Name Changes
Mon, 27 Jun 2022Back in early May, MO broke the news that Triumph is giving the Street Twin and Street Scrambler models new names for 2023, renaming them the Speed Twin 900 and Scrambler 900, respectively. We have now uncovered further evidence of the name changes, plus confirmation that the models are otherwise identical to the 2022 versions. The cover for the 2022 manual for Triumph’s Modern Classics is on the left and the updated 2023 cover is on the right.
2014 AMA Flat Track: Springfield Mile I Results
Mon, 26 May 2014Bryan Smith edged out Kenny Coolbeth Jr. by a mere 0.041 seconds to win the AMA Pro Flat Track Experts Twins race at the Springfield Mile. The ten laps of the race saw Smith and his Kawasaki battling for the lead with Coolbeth and Jake Johnson and Jared Mees sitting close behind waiting for an opening.
