Triumph Bonneville description

Up for sale is a 1963 Triumph t120 Bonneville bobber with a bolt on hard tail.
It also has a solo seat, heal toe shifter, ape hangers,  custom wrapped exhaust and after market oil tank.
Fresh paint job in a burnt almond color
It needs a carb cleaning and a new battery.
I am selling this bike that has been in my family for years because of  recent ankle surgeries in my right ankle, which has been ongoing because of a serious infection. I now have limited mobility in my ankle and its unfortunate, but I am unable to ride...

I hope anyone who buys this bike values it as much as I did as it was truly sentimental to me, but I need the money more to pay hospital bills.

It is in excellenct shape for its age.

This is being sold AS in, no warrenty.
Please only serious bidders only.

Any questions feel free to ask. \

Thanks for looking.

A thing of beauty?

Mon, 29 Mar 2010

The weather was pretty good over the weekend and I managed to get 500 miles in and become better acquainted with the Speed Triple. I’m still running it in but as it’s reputation suggest the bike doesn’t disappoint. There are some noticeable differences over most other naked bikes I’ve ridden, you could call them quirks, but i'll talk about those in a week or so.

Glen Richards back with Embassy Racing

Wed, 27 Oct 2010

One of the unsung heroes of the BSB paddock over the past few seasons, has to be 2010 Superstock 1000 runner up Glen Richards. A nasty tumble in at the Brands Hatch opener lead to four DNFs, but once back on track he pushed the dominant BMWs hard, finishing on the podium eight times. While many were trading their grannies to fund new S1000RRs, Richards kept the faith and rode the wheels off his Padgett’s Honda Fireblade.

McQueen’s Husky on the Auction Block

Fri, 16 Nov 2012

Thirty-two years after his death, Steve McQueen still reigns as the coolest movie star to ever ride a motorcycle. One of his preferred brands was Husqvarna (another, seen here, was Triumph) and to the delight of motorcycle enthusiasts and McQueen fans alike, one of his bikes will soon be in the hands of a new owner. This 1970 Husqvarna 400 Cross owned and ridden by Steve McQueen will be up for auction on January 10th, at Bally’s Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, by Bonhams. The motorcycle comes with an exhaustive quantity of documents supporting its provenance and authenticity.
