Suzuki SV description

Used Suzuki SV650 S for sale with very low miles. The bike is blue, in pretty good condition with a few minor scuffs and scratches that are not particularly noticeable unless you are looking for them. The engine is fuel injected and starts every time. All lights work. The bike is in great mechanical and cosmetic condition. The hose that connects to the master reservoir is weeping a bit. It should be replaced eventually, but it's not leaking so fast that it runs out of fluid.

Aftermarket parts that I know of:
 - Two Brothers Racing exhaust slip on
 - Outlaw Racing Gear folding shift lever
 - Krator black clutch and front brake lever (I have the original front brake lever as well)
 - The left mirror has been replaced with a Neverland black mirror that looks close to stock (I also have another Neverland mirror for the right side but I have kept the original mirror on the right side)
 - TTMT Frame sliders (I will also give you the original bolt if you want to get rid of the sliders)
 - Puig windscreen

It has been dropped in the garage which is the reason that the clutch lever, shift lever, and left mirror have been replaced. This did not cause any body damage though and the fairings and gas tank look great.

I am selling it because I have not really gotten into motorcycling like I thought I would and would rather sell it than have it take up space in the garage.

SHIPPING: Pick up only. Feel free to send any questions.

Why I love BSB's Showdown

Thu, 26 Sep 2013

It has lovers, haters and even many that still don't understand it but everyone in British bike racing is currently talking about the BSB Showdown.  With my rider's or team manager's hat on, I wasn't convinced when it was first announced in 2010 but I'm now totally converted and enjoy every part of the season as intensity increases.  And being a value for money Scot the best thing is you get four championships under one umbrella.  Championship # 1; In the early rounds everyone on the grid has aspirations of taking the title but as the season progresses, the focus narrows down to making sure you secure that top six showdown spot over the first nineteen races (riders can also drop their worst two results).  Championship #2; For the confident front runners, over these races, the real goal is the podium credit championship (3 for 1st ,2 for 2nd,1 for 3rd) which then gives them a points head start after things are put back to zero for the final seven race shoot-out.  Championship #3; The best of the rest championship (7th and below) that will be battled over the final races. Championship # 4;  Over the final seven races the British Superbike Champion is crowned. The recent adding and reshuffling a few top name riders for the Showdown has already spiced things up so hold on tight for the remaining five races!
