Suzuki SV tech info
Suzuki SV description
2003 Suzuki SV1000S, This SV is one of the most tastefully setup 1000 s that we have seen. By SV standards, it is not even broken in yet due to the low mileage which is hard pressed to find in these particular bikes. The silver paint throughout is in great shape and the tank is free of dents. All of the plastics are in excellent shape aside from a small area of a few minor scratches on the fairing. A sharp looking color matched belly pan is installed and goes along great with the character of the bike. The frame is extremely clean and appearance wise, looks new. Suzuki SV s have been known to be welcoming to a wide range of riders due to their short learning curve and proven reliability. Unlike most super sports in its class, the suspension offers more in the comfort department for soaking up bumps and road imperfections, however, the suspension is adjustable so it can setup for your riding style. Because it has the ability to offer relaxed street manners in the comfort dept, it also allows it to become a great sport tourer. The V-twin has as much torque as you need starting from the get-go. It is a smooth bike to ride and fueling is spot on. Accessory wise, it is equipped with a Micron exhaust system that gives off just the right rumble, polished custom rear sets and rear fender eliminator. Either way you look at it, you cannot go wrong with an SV and this one is hard to pass up.

Tue, 20 Mar 2012Josh Hayes and Blake Young picked things up where they left off by trading wins at the 2012 season-opening AMA Superbike round at Daytona International Speedway. Reigning champion Hayes of Monster Energy Graves Yamaha took the first race handily, leading almost right from the start of the 15-lap race for the win.
