Suzuki RM-Z description

I wanted to get back into riding again so I bought this bike a couple of years ago to test the waters. I love it and needless to say I want something newer to compete with next year.

I am the 2nd owner, the bike was bought by the original owner brand new as a left over in 2010. It had about 55 hours on it when I bought it, since then I put on about 5 hrs and here is the list of maintenance I did (I have receipts for verification):

- New billet aluminum clutch basket, new inner hub and plates/springs.($500)
- Both front forks and rear shock oil change
- New chain and sprockets (different gearing for rear sprocket included)
- New intake and exhaust valves installed by Point View Cycle
- New timing chain
- New valve seating done by Point View Cycle in Ohio ($430)
- Installed hour meter

Included in the sale is:
- spare plastic (radiator shrouds, front fender, side panels, rear fender and fork guards)
- spare "bump" seat like new, no tears
- stock silencer (has full DRD system installed)
- stand
- spare air filter
- aluminum skid plate
- over-sized radiators (installed)

Shipping is the responsibilty of the buyer, however, I can deliver with a 200 mile radius if the price is right.  This is listed locally as well so I may take down this listing at anytime.

Thanks for looking!

Day 7 Dakar 2014: Barreda Wins Another

After an early start at 4:30 in the morning, the first 62 miles of the special stage into Bolivia had to be shortened due to rain and poor visibility, low-hanging clouds that prevented the helicopters from taking off creating security issues. The route led across the Andes and towards the Bolivian border.

WSBK 2013: Assen Race Report

Mon, 29 Apr 2013

Tom Sykes earned his first win of the 2013 season and came a hair short of a double victory at the World Superbike Championship round at Assen in the Netherlands. Traditionally a fast starter and qualifier, Sykes started on the pole once again at Assen and had strong starts in both races. But unlike the first two rounds where he started strong before fading, the Kawasaki factory rider was able to remain at the front in both races at Assen and earn some valuable championship points.
