1999 SUZUKI JR 50 NEEDS MINOR TLC BUT RUNS AND DRIVES WELL. CHAIN NEEDS TO BE TIGHTENED, THERE IS A SLIGHT WOBBLE ON THE REAR TIRE, CARBURETOR WILL NEED A FINAL CLEANING TO BE PERFECT, ITS MISSING THE CHOKE LEVER BUT YOU CAN STILL PULL IT BY HAND. MOTOR IS SOLID , TOP END AND TRANSMISSION ARE FINE. WITH A FEW MINOR REPAIRS YOU CAN HAVE IT READY FOR CHRISTMAS! IT DOES HAVE NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR BUT ITS STILL A GOOD SOLID BIKE FOR ITS YEAR. Suzuki Concludes MotoGP Test At Phillip Island

The Suzuki MotoGP team concluded its three-day test at Phillip Island in Australia today after rain and less-than-perfect track conditions hampered much of the progress the riders and technicians hoped to make. Test rider Randy De Puniet was joined by Voltcom Crescent Suzuki World Superbike rider Eugene Laverty for the first two days; unfortunately suffering a crash early on the first day due to the slippery and damp conditions. However the Irishman was able to complete 37 laps yesterday despite inclement weather that halted much of the testing on every day; and which included a large amount of geese on the circuit obstructing every session.

James Stewart Suspended After Positive Drug Test

AMA Supercross and Motocross racer James Stewart has been provisionally suspended by the International Motorcycling Federation after a drug sample tested positive for amphetamines. The positive test was from the April 12 AMA Supercross round in Seattle. The three podium finishes in the 450 class in Seattle were tested.

Yoshimura Suzuki USA Signs Blake Baggett

From a Suzuki press release: Yoshimura Suzuki Factory Racing has signed former AMA Pro 250 Motocross Champion Blake Baggett to the team today during the 2015 Suzuki Motor of America, Inc. (SMAI) Dealer Meeting at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Baggett will join Yoshimura Suzuki’s James Stewart in the premier class for the 2015 AMA Pro Supercross and Motocross seasons, but his first race on the Yoshimura Suzuki RM-Z450 will be Las Vegas’ Monster Energy Cup later this month.
