2005 Suzuki Katana 600, Selling my 2005 Suzuki Katana 600 with just over 11,000 miles. This bike has always been babied and most of the miles are highway. It has had a fresh oil change and the tires still have good tread. The gas tank holds 5.5 gallons and I have always gotten 50+ mpg. There are a few scuffs from when I dropped it in my driveway. These are on the pipe, mirrors and one of the side panels. The fairings are in perfect condition. There is a loud aftermarket pipe (I do still have the original pipe) and aftermarket turn signals on the front. The bike is also slightly lowered. Million Dollar Man: Ryan Villopoto Wins Monster Energy Cup
Mon, 17 Oct 2011Ryan Villopoto swept all three main events to win the inaugural Monster Energy Cup and take home the $1 million prize. The 2011 AMA Motocross and Supercross Champion was a favorite going into the Oct.15 Monster Energy Cup at Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas, Nev. Villopoto completed the hat trick by winning the Cup and the prize money.
John Hopkins Returning to British Superbike Racing
Thu, 31 Oct 2013American racer John Hopkins is ready to make his comeback after taking the entire 2013 racing season off to recover from a number of injuries. The Ramona, Calif., native will make his return in the British Superbike Championship, racing for Tyco Suzuki on the TAS Racing GSX-R1000. Hopkins last raced in the series in 2011, finishing second overall in the championship that was decided in the final race when Hopkins finished 0.006 seconds behind the champion Tommy Hill.
