2000 suzuki tl1000r.. needs inspection, oil change and possibly a new battery. Runs good, has a few minor scratches. The seat started to dry rot/crack this past summer. Have only put about 5k. miles on it in the past five years. Have a family and don't gwt to ride much.. if interested I also have 2 helmets and 3 jackets that I would sell along with the bike. Has just under 20,000 mis on it. I was told I'm the 2nd owner. Has a power commander on it, not sure how its tuned but the bike is super fast. Not recommened as a beginner bike. AMA Superbike: 2012 Daytona Results
Tue, 20 Mar 2012Josh Hayes and Blake Young picked things up where they left off by trading wins at the 2012 season-opening AMA Superbike round at Daytona International Speedway. Reigning champion Hayes of Monster Energy Graves Yamaha took the first race handily, leading almost right from the start of the 15-lap race for the win. Yoshimura Suzuki’s Young, who finished second to Hayes in the 2011 AMA Superbike Championship, responded by taking the second race, but only by a slim 0.002-second margin.

Mon, 28 Apr 2014Heavy rains and a fortuitous red flag were the difference in the World Superbike Championship‘s visit to The Cathedral of motorcycle racing, the TT Circuit Assen in the Netherlands. Aprilia‘s Sylvain Guintoli captured his second win of the season in Race 1, which was halted early by a red flag with five laps to go just as it looked like reigning WSBK champion Tom Sykes was gearing up for a final challenge. The second race was also shortened, not by a red flag but because of a rain, turning the 21-lap race into a 10-lap sprint.
