1570cc GS based engine, Falicon all Billet crankshaft, FBG block, powder coated cases, GS1150 Star built Top Gas head, titanium intake valves, stainless exhaust valves, hardened face rockers, G7 & & G13 cams, JE pistons(#146085), FBG built 123 auto trans, MTC slider clutch, Timblin 2 pc clutch cover, top end oiler, APE starter plate with bearing, Ward billet oil pan, Lectron 44 carbs with power jets, V&H HTC coated pipe. Complete engine has 22 passes only, all new fresh build, no junk.
Schnitz Pro Series II ignition box, Dyna coils and dual pick up ignition plate with Dyna wires. Digital Delay Little Wizard delay box.
Ran 8.01 with 10 degrees timing taken out and shifting at 10,500 rpm in September of 2015 in Shreveport LA. 60 foots at 1.14-1.15. No nitrous on bike, all engine. Bike goes straight every pass. Last time out was November of 2015. Getting out of racing.

Aaron League To Become Youngest American To Tackle Manx Grand Prix

Charlotte-based motorcycle racer Aaron League is set to become the youngest ever American to tackle the Manx Grand Prix next month. The 23-year-old will join Lancashire-based Rea Racing to pilot a Suzuki SV650 in the Newcomers B and Supertwin classes. League will make his debut on the Isle of Man at this year’s Manx Grand Prix ahead of a planned assault on the 2015 Pirelli National Superstock 600 Championship, as he bids to break onto the British short circuit racing scene.

Winning Start has been painted by Isle of Man artist Alan Perkin and the limited edition run of 250 prints are already selling on the online store of Leon Haslam’s website; www.leonhaslam.com. All of the prints are signed by Haslam and Perkin and are priced at £39.95. “Alan Perkin has produced a really nice painting and we wanted to get something out there in advance of Christmas and at an affordable price,” said Haslam. An old friend dropped in this weekend, on his way back from an arse-killing 4,500 mile ride to Estoril and back to watch the MotoGP race. He has only ever ridden Harley chops and old stuff with the exception of his vague nod at practicality and modernity - an ancient, very, very high mileage R1100GS BMW. I made him a brew and some pasta arrabiatta then made him ride my 2011 Fireblade.
