Suzuki Intruder description
1998 Suzuki Intruder This is by far my favorite bike. I have four, including a Harley and this bike has always started right up for me as well as having the best ride of all four. This is also the only bike that I have been able to get my wife to ride with me on. To my suprise, have gotten more compliments about this bike especially after putting the corbin seat on it than any of my other bikes. Don t let the 805cc fool you, this is a quick bike. It beats my 1500cc Harley because it is light, nimble and easy to handle. I would recommend this bike to a novice or seasoned rider looking for comfort and style as well as great gas mileage. So why am I selling it I am trying to raise money for my business. About the bike It has 15,600mis which is lower than expected from a 2006 model. It has only had a synthetic blend of oil and changed about every 1800 mis. If you re an engineer, you are very aware that quality lubrication is everything and can keep your engine running virtually forever. This bike starts up 1st try every time. Has the best handling of any bike save for a sports bike I have ever ridden. It looks awesome and is extremely clean. The bike book values at $5 ,400 but I have put a few things on new New Pipes, a $50 0 value New Performance Tires Avon, a $50 0 value. A new Corbin Seat well I have pre-owned a bit, another $50 0 value. Highway Bars and Pegs The bike also comes with a Windshieldand Saddlebag Bars. 2 things on the bike that are negs. 1 is a chip in the tank near the Intruder Insignia no dents, just chips. 2 is the headlamp housing cracking at the base. Don t know whats up with that but an easy fix. Extra s The carb has been jetted for better airflow through the pipes. Average MILES-PER-GALLON on this bike is between 45 and 50. I only use premium gasoline I told you I loved this bike... Vehicle located in Apopka, FL. Ad ID No. 31402

Oh hi there Mobil!
Wed, 07 Mar 2012There was a time when Grand Prix racing was a lucrative affair, with the bikes and their riders resembling the fag packets that sponsored them. However, two unfortunate and costly blows hit the paddock; the banning of tobacco advertising in 2005 followed by the global economic crisis. The off-shoot saw grid numbers drastically dwindle with staple teams, like Kenny Roberts' outfit, and manufacturers, Kawasaki and Suzuki, succumbing to the events and disappearing.
