Hello,
Our 2003 Suzuki Intruder 800 VS motorcycle is up for auction. The bike is in good running condition and has a new battery. The bike has been reliable and starts every time. We have kept bike in garage while we have owned it. It has a clear Nevada title. Please note, we are not mechanics but will try to answer any questions. The bike was inspected at a bike shop last year and no issues were found at that time. Bike includes saddle bag, repair/maintenance guide, and tool kit. This bike will be sold AS IS and will be local pick up only. We will ask for an immediate deposit of $500 thru Paypal within 24 hours of auction close. The remainder in cash in person. Tue, 18 Feb 2014World Superbike testing at Phillip Island came to a close today, and when the dust settled, reigning champion Tom Sykes stamped his authority, setting the fastest time of the test at 1:30.239, just five thousandths shy of the outright lap record held by Carlos Checa. The time was set during the morning session of testing, though nobody was able to best Sykes for the remainder of the day. Eugene Laverty, who was fastest on day one, showed his pace was no fluke as he stayed near the top of the time sheets, ultimately finishing second behind Sykes, with a best time of 1:30.513.
AMA Supercross: 2012 Arlington Results
Tue, 21 Feb 2012Defending champion Ryan Villopoto won his third consecutive AMA Supercross race in Arlington, Texas, but the victory was overshadowed by a season-ending injury suffered by one of his main challengers Chad Reed. TwoTwo Motorsport Honda‘s Reed trailed Villopoto in second place for the first six laps at Cowboys Stadium. Disaster struck on Lap 7 however as Reed crashed hard in the whoops.
