Suzuki Intruder description

Hello bidders! You are bidding on a 2002 Suzuki Intruder LC1500 Legendary Classic series. This bike is absolutely gorgeous and fully loaded! I bought the bike with approximately 6k miles from the original owner. The bikes always been garage kept. When I purchased it, I had 2 BRAND NEW tires installed (tires have less then 1000 miles on them). Installed brand new "smoked" LED tail light with intergrated turn signals. Brand new EMGO Chrome Mirrors. Did a syntehtic oil change with filter, new air filter, and changed the final drive oil with Synthetic fluid as well. Bikes in exceptional shape for it's age! I also installed a brand new MAC performance exhaust. Has removalable baffles which are out right now, but can be reinstalled if buyer wants to quiet this beast back down some. I also ordered and installed a BRAND NEW OEM Suzuki Highway windshield (Which was an 800$ option when this bike came out!). Bike has factory back rest and leather saddlebags which are in great shape and hold plenty of cargo. I just bought a Road king and have 4 bikes right now so a few of them are going for sale. Please see the below youtube video for a 360 degree walk around of the bike with audio of it running! Buyer won't be disappointed! I may be able to help transport within Florida for a fee. Please email or call me with any questions (772-475-5889).

K-Tech release 25SSK for Big Piston Forks

Mon, 21 May 2012

K-Tech have released their popular 25SSK front fork open cartridge system to fit all Showa Big Piston Forks. Here's what K-Tech have to say about them: These lightweight aluminium units are supplied to the same exacting specification as all other 25SSK fitments with 14mm piston rods and a 25mm cartridge tube, the 14mm piston rods displace a large volume of oil through the 25mm control pistons giving enhanced damping characteristics over the standard Big Piston Fork and allow a bigger volume of air for a more precise feel at the bottom of the fork travel. The cartridge kits have compression and rebound adjustment in both legs and are supplied with 1.5mm Flow Control Valves for a more accurate adjustment, all necessary hardware is supplied to convert the Big Piston Forks to take the cartridges but it is necessary to order the springs you require as these are not included, customer price for the 25SSK cartridges is £725.00 + VAT and are available for the following models:- Honda CBR1000RR 2012 Kawasaki ZX6-R 2009-2012 Kawasaki ZX10-R 2011-2012 Suzuki GSXR600 2011-2012 Suzuki GSXR1000 2009-2012 Contact K-Tech on: +44(0)1283 559007.

AMA Pro GoPro Daytona SportBike Riders Gearing Up For Road America

Thu, 29 May 2014

The AMA Pro GoPro Daytona SportBike class makes its much-anticipated return to Road America this weekend. The four-mile Wisconsin circuit is a particularly exciting place to watch the middleweight bikes because its long straights and braking zones make passing and lead changes commonplace. More than just a test of man and machine, the races often develop into a strategic battle leading up to the all-important last lap and run up the hill to the checkered flag.
