2002 Suzuki Intruder 1400, It only has 21560 miles, leather saddle bags, seats have been changed to real leather, leather tank strap, custom exhaust with baffles removed. I have replaced the carburetors and exhaust jetted this winter. This bike has got some power! Rides like a dream, very easy to ride even with a passenger. It just needs rode I just don't have the time for it anymore. There are only 2 minor issues with this bike. 1. The clutch needs an air bubble taken out or something because you have to pump up the clutch before it will disengage or change gears. 2. The back right turn signal's rubber grommet cracked and broke needs replaced. These are easy and cheap repairs I know but I don't have the time for it. 2012 Suzuki Boulevard C50T Classic Announced
Tue, 25 Oct 2011During Suzuki’s annual dealer meeting the company reported that cruiser sales at large are down 6.2% YTD. However, Suzuki says its cruiser sales are up 12.5%, and in an effort to keep riding this wave that’s handily outpacing the rest of the cruiser market, the company announced the addition of the Boulevard C50T Classic. While the Classic is a carbon copy of the C50T, it does away with the C50T’s standard windshield, passenger backrest and saddlebags.
Dropped Suzuki Dealerships Represented Only 2.5% of Retail Sales
Fri, 22 Mar 2013American Suzuki raised some eyebrows after news broke yesterday the company was cancelling franchise agreements with numerous dealerships in the U.S. The company was already under close scrutiny after making the bold decision to quit selling cars to focus on powersports when it filed for Chapter 11 in November. Reducing its dealer network appears to go against that idea, at least on the surface.
2012 Suzuki GSX-R1000 – Gixxer Thou Updated with a Focus on Weight Savings
Mon, 24 Oct 2011Suzuki has updated its GSX-R1000 sportbike for 2012 with Brembo monobloc calipers and a new single-pipe exhaust system. Last updated in 2009, the 2012 Suzuki GSX-R1000 also receives a number of updates to the the engine to the wiring harness to even the front tire to to reduce overall weight by 4.4 pounds. The new GSX-R has a claimed curb weight of 447.5 pounds.
