Suzuki Hayabusa tech info
Suzuki Hayabusa description
I have up for sale a 2011 Suzuki Hayabusa. I am the only owner I have had it since 2012 it was a left over. It only has around 1500 miles on it. I no longer have the stock dash. I never really had time to ride it and a couple years after owning it I decided to tear it down hydro-dip the frame and turn it more into a street fighter/cafe racer type bike. The bike has the following: New throttle tube New rearsets New rear master cylinder New clutch and brake levers New stainless steel lines New lowering links that raise the bike New Jaridine exhaust New battery tender battery New custom dirt tracker style tail New led strip brake/tail light with integrated turn signals New bar end turn signals New Dan moto mini dash New snowmobile straight handlebars New mirrors I have also relocated the key and start button. The bike runs perfect and handles great. The bike has never been down or in any kind of accident. There is a small dent in the left side of the tank from it sitting in my garage and something falling on it. The bike is not perfect and could use some finishing touches, but the price reflects that. Also comes with a bunch of other random stock stuff. Most of the body panels have been sold. I am probably forgetting stuff. The bike is still kind of a project. I just don't have time or want to finish it. I still have a loan on the bike so it will come with a Bill of sale until the bank sends the title. Message me for more info. |

New ÖHLINS products for GSX-R600 & GSX-R750
Fri, 25 Mar 2011ÖHLINS Racing has completed final testing and is now ready to launch a complete range of suspension upgrade kits for the 2011 Suzuki GSX-R600 and GSX-R750 The GSX-R600 comes equipped with Big Piston Forks (BPF) as standard but Öhlins recommends fitting its NIX30 fork kit or pressurised system. Aside from the perfermance improvements, these systems are much quicker and more simple to adjust with compression damping on the left fork leg and rebound on the right. The Öhlins TTX36 rear shock is the perfect accompaniment for the GSX-R600 and 750 and uses MotoGP developed Twin Tube technology, improving feedback by utilising positive pressure on both the compression and rebound stroke of the shock. The forks and shock can be interchanged between the 2011 GSX-R 600 & 750.

Teaser: 2012 Japanese Literbike Shootout – Video
Thu, 29 Mar 2012The last time we assembled the superbike offerings from the Big Four Japanese manufacturers to determine the alpha male model was 2009. The CBR won that confrontation, but a lot’s changed since then. For 2012 Honda revamped the CBR1000RR, Yamaha added traction control to the R1, the GSX-R1000 lost a muffler and last year Kawasaki introduced an all-new ZX-10R.
