Suzuki Hayabusa description

Beautifully upgraded 2008 Hayabusa with only 950 miles !
Upgrades include Extended swing arm, Chrome wheels with 200/50 rear tire, O ring chain, Yoshimura  dual exhaust, dark smoke windshield, license plate delete and relocate and amber LED's under rear swing arm. This bike is near immaculate with only one small flaw on mirror and 1/4 in scratch as shown in picture. There are over $5K in upgrades and yes, it only has 942 miles on it. I do currently ride it so it may have another 50 miles or so on it when the auction ends.
I have the stock wheels and tires, swing arm and exhausts and they are all practically new.
See my feedback and bid with confidence, pictures describe Motorcycle well.
I will also consider selling with stock wheels and tires, stock swing arm and stock pipes for $7900.00 contact me if you are interested in this option.

Racing vows renewed at Motegi

Mon, 04 Oct 2010

Over the weekend, an aged Japanese racer reacquainted himself with one of his early loves. Celebrating 50 years of Suzuki racing, Mitsuo Ito took his former flame, the RM63, for a trip down memory lane and a lap around the Motegi circuit. The miniscule 50cc race bike was born from the legend of MZ employee Ernst Degner's defection from East Germany to Japan during the early days of the Cold War.

MotoGP should return to Suzuka

Thu, 14 Jul 2011

Suzuka was always one of the great circuits; unfortunately the Japanese track was dropped following the tragic death of Daijiro Kato in 2003 as the course was deemed too tight and dangerous for the rapid four-strokes. Owned by Honda, Suzuka is a magical place combining arching S-bends from the start of the lap, high-speed in the middle and finished off with the technical and oft racing deciding final chicane, the location of many fantastic last lap battles. However the death of Kato, and Honda’s major hope of a Japanese champion, placed a dark cloud over the 5.807 kilometres of tarmac.

US Motorcycle Thefts Down 6% in 2011

Tue, 09 Oct 2012

Americans reported 46,667 motorcycle thefts in 2011, a 6% decrease from 49,791 stolen motorcycles in 2010, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau. Despite the drop in reported thefts, the non-profit organization representing nearly 1100 property and casualty insurance companies says the theft rate still averages out to one motorcycle stolen every 11 minutes in the U.S. The numbers were published in the NICB’s 2011 ForeCAST Report which examined theft reports as well as recoveries.
