For sale is a 1990 Suzuki GSXR750 Slingshot. I bought this bike to do as a winter project but just landed a job which requires me to move 7 states away and now I am forced to sell my bikes as I cannot take them all with me. This would be a great bike for someone who wants to put some time into a winter motorcycle project and have a very cool bike for the spring.

The Suzuki GSX-R600 continues its dominance in the AMA Pro Road Racing series, taking all 600cc championships in 2012 - including the Daytona Sportbike, Supersport West, and Supersport East. This further solidifies the GSX-R600 as part of a race-winning line of motorcycles from coast to coast. In 2012, Suzuki celebrated the one millionth produced GSX-R motorcycle, a feat only accomplished with the support of fans, race teams, and dealers worldwide. The reason - each GSX-R is developed with: an advanced race-proven 599cc, four cyl, and liquid-cooled engine; a responsive, agile, and lightweight chassis; compact wheelbase; and race-developed suspension.

Parallel-Twin Suzuki V-Strom and SV650 Successors Spied

Thu, 01 Sep 2022

We dare you, Suzuki: call it the P-Strom Credit: Photos by BMH-Images Spy photographers have snapped images of two new Suzuki prototypes powered by a new Parallel-Twin engine. The two motorcycles, an adventure bike and a naked model, appear to be the eventual successors to the V-Strom 650 and SV650, and the culmination of a long development path for Suzuki’s new middleweight twin-cylinder engine. The 645cc engine powering the V-Strom and SV650 has long been one of our favorites, but having only received updates to keep them compliant with emissions standards, the liquid-cooled V-Twin has been getting quite long in the tooth.

Cleaner, greener, more civilized but even meaner Credit: Photos by Kevin Wing It’s always fun to read the armchair quarterbackings of our beloved MOrons in the Comments whenever a new motorcycle springs into view, and the latest iteration of Suzuki’s naked GSX-S1000, harumph, was no exception. Some hate the angular new styling, some defend it. Some lament the demise of Suzuki in general, some admire the company’s resourcefulness in doing less with more.

Suzuki launched this cruise missile in 2006, right when the US housing market was experiencing a little froth, and every new three-car garage in the land needed a big custom cruiser. Can we get stucco? O how you can get stucco!

Well, Suzuki didn’t disappoint us, announcing a new 2022 GSX-S1000GT sport-tourer. The GT will be a welcome option for those looking for a sport-touring motorcycle that looks like a sportbike instead of the recent trend of pseudo-adventure bike styling.
