Engine utilizes forged pistons, shot-peened conrods, chrome-nitride-coated upper compression and oil control rings, and pentagonal ventilation holes for outstanding engine performance. Transmission A six-speed close-ratio transmission features vertically staggered shafts to reduce overall engine length. Race-proven back-torque-limiting clutch contributes to smoother downshifting and corner entry. Chassis Race-developed, lightweight 41mm Showa Big Piston front-Fork (BPF) delivers superb feedback and consistent performance. A lightweight and compact twin-spar aluminum cradle frame is made of five cast sections and features a cast swingarm. Roger Lee Hayden Headlining “Ride with the Stars” Track Day School at New Jersey Motorsports Park
Fri, 31 Aug 2012Roger Lee Hayden and a number of current and former AMA racing stars will be guest instructors at a two-day riding clinic at New Jersey Motorsports Park. The National Guard Jordan Suzuki racer and the other special guests will join the instructors of the Penguin Roadracing School for the “Ride with the Stars” special track day, Oct. 13-14.

The 2013 Suzuki lineup includes the return of the Boulevard M90 and a rebadging of the Gladius, but perhaps the big news is what models have yet to be confirmed. Fri, 19 Feb 2010ANOTHER CRACKING BIT of vintage racing footage, this time featuring multiple motorcycle world champion Phil Read on the awesome-sounding MV Agusta 500-4.The footage is from the 1974 movie 'The Iron Horse' made by Frenchman Pierre-William Glenn.Read’s 1974 500cc World Championship victory was the last year a four-stroke won the world title before the advent of the MotoGP class in 2002. Giacomo Agostini won the crown from Yamaha in 1975, followed by Suzuki-mounted Barry Sheene in '76 and '77. The footage is bloody good, considering the camera technology of the day.
