Suzuki GSX-R description

2011 Suzuki GSX-R (Black)

ONLY 562 miles!

Owned by Patrick Willis of the San Francisco 49er’s

Patrick Willis is considered to be one of the best inside linebackers in the NFL!

His 7 year $53.5M contract with the 49ers doesn’t necessarily gel with a world renowned 999cc GSX-R super bike. He does however enjoy off road motor sports.

·        Bought new by Patrick June 2, 2012

·        Black/Black

·        Just over 550 miles, barley broken in

·        Minor scratches from a zero speed soft ground tip over

·        Identical to a new 2013 GSX-R but cheaper,

meaning less taxes plus it was celebrity owned!

·        Comes with autographed legal size NFL ball

Regardless if you care about who owned the bike you can have a great story to go with your seriously fast super bike!

CAN BE VIEWED LOCALLY at  Grand Prix Suzuki, 2360 El Camino Real, Santa Clara, CA 95050 where it is on consignment.  Seller retains the right to cancel the auction early if sold locally.

Patrick L. Willis (born January 25, 1985) plays inside linebacker for the San Francisco 49ers of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the University of Mississippi, and received All-American honors. The San Francisco 49ers chose him with the eleventh overall pick in the 2007 NFL Draft.

During Willis's senior season at Ole Miss, he received the Butkus Award and the Jack Lambert Award as the nation’s top linebacker. A year later as a member of the 49ers, Willis led the NFL in tackles, earned first-team All-Pro and Pro Bowl honors while being named the 2007 AP NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year. Willis has earned Pro Bowl and All-Pro honors in all six years he has played in the NFL. He is the only player to receive the Butkus Award for best linebacker in more than one category. He won the college Butkus Award in 2006 while at Ole Miss and in 2009, he won the professional Butkus Award while with the San Francisco 49ers.[1]

2024 Suzuki GSX-8R Review – First Ride

Tue, 14 May 2024

A middleweight sporty-bike without the backache Photos: Kevin Wing As I write this, in the year 2024, it’s dawned on me that there’s a whole generation of adults that have little to no memory of September 11, 2001. Some weren’t even alive yet, and those who were were too young to remember. One of, if not the, defining moment for my generation is just a page in a history book for today’s young adults, just as December 7, 1941 was for me.

Suzuki Developing 1000cc Prototype – MotoGP Return in 2014 Still Possible

Fri, 03 Feb 2012

The first MotoGP pre-season test at Mayalsia’s Sepang circuit is complete, with Ducati, Honda and Yamaha‘s factory and satellite teams, as well as a handful of CRT entries, collecting data for the next stage of their race prototypes’ development. Absent from testing was Suzuki which announced last November it was leaving MotoGP racing. Suzuki cited the recession, the rising value of the Japanese yen and the natural disasters afflicting Japan in 2011 as reasons for leaving MotoGP, but the manufacturer did say it intended to return in 2014.

WSBK 2013: Portimao Race Report

Mon, 10 Jun 2013

Marco Melandri and Eugene Laverty split a pair of victories at Portugal’s Portimao circuit while Sylvain Guintoli took advantage of some misfortune to his championship rivals to increase his lead in the 2013 World Superbike Championship standings. Guintoli has been leading or sharing the lead in the championship since winning the first race of Round 1 in Australia, but amazingly continues to lead despite having just that single victory after six rounds. The Aprilia rider has accomplished this through his consistency (Guintoli leads all racers with nine podium finishes in 12 races) and ability to finish each race (he’s the only rider in the top seven without a DNF).
