2009 Suzuki GSX-R600, Beautiful 2009 GSXR600 - Being held on consignment here at the shop, this 2009 is a One Owner, extremely well cared for bike. Tires are in excellent condition...as is the rest of the bike. there are only 2 flaws that we can see...a small nick on the upper from a stone (shown in pic) and on the clutch cover, there is evidence of a very light fall over (shown in pic) both issues are very insignificant. so dont tarry, get a great bike for a great price....the best riding is just around the corner...FALL TIME! as with all bikes sold here, Karns Performance includes FREE lifetime State inspections as long as you own the bike (this does NOT include parts and labor needed to pass)

Suzuki GSX-R Recall Affects 210,228 Motorcycles in US
Mon, 28 Oct 2013Suzuki’s front brake master cylinder recall for GSX-R sportbikes going as far back as 2004 affects a whopping 210,228 motorcycles. We wrote about the recall earlier this month, but the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has now released information about the extent of the recall for the U.S. market.
Are Motorcycles Safer With Antilock Brakes?
Tue, 30 Dec 2008A new report says riders with ABS-equipped bikes can dramatically reduce the chance of a fatal accident. The study compared fatality rates among riders on bikes that have antilock brakes, and it found that death rates were 38% lower on motorcycles equipped with the optional ABS systems compared to non-ABS bikes. In 2005-2006, the fatal crashes per 10,000 registered motorcycles without antilock brakes was 6.6.
