Suzuki GSX-R description

2008 Suzuki GSX-R600, very clean bike, after market exhaust,, sounds great! - Introducing the 2008 Suzuki GSX-R600. It is the GSX-R of the middleweight class, a product of Suzuki's legendary Integrated Design approach. A machine designed and refined by a team of talented engineers working together to build a motorcycle that delivers Balanced Performance. A revised, compact combination of chassis and engine, fitted with advanced electronics, effective suspension and radial-mount brakes to not only make more power and accelerate harder but also to handle better, with the goal being a quicker lap time around a racetrack. Packaged with exciting new styling and increased lighting and aerodynamics. Ignore the lights and mirrors and the fact that this is also the cleanest-running four-cylinder 600 cubic centimeter motorcycle that Suzuki has ever built, and it's easy to imagine the GSX-R600 rolling directly out of a race shop.

Four-time Philippines national superbike champion Maico Greg Buncio has succumbed to injuries suffered in a high speed crash May 14 in a qualifying session at the Clark Speedway Racing Circuit. According to the Philippine Daily Inquirer, the 22-year-old Suzuki factory racer high-sided after his GSX-R600 ran over some debris on the track. Maico reportedly rolled into an unfinished barrier and was pierced by a protruding steel bar.

Archive: Yoshimura Hayabusa X1R

Thu, 21 Jan 2021

Millennium Falcon For a couple of years there’ve been rumors suggesting there’s a new Hayabusa on the way, and with that old warhorse currently MIA from Suzuki’s list of returning 2021 models, the buzz has grown a bit louder that Suzuki’s fixing to spring a new World’s Fastest Production Motorcycle on the world. This time we’ll be a bit less unsuspecting than we were in 1999, and this time, it won’t be so easy a feat for Suzuki to pull off, given the existence of the Kawasaki H2 Carbon, which made an honest 206-rear-wheel horsepower on our dyno last November. Whether the new ’Busa is fact or fiction, it probably won’t be the earth-shattering experience the original 1999 GSX-R1300 was, a motorcycle that had no peer or precedent when it came to bouncing off its 186-mph speed governor.

Wed, 01 May 2013

Former Grand Prix World Champion Kevin Schwantz has been making the headlines a lot recently, and not necessarily for good reasons. But finally there’s some good news: Schwantz is  coming out of retirement to race in the 2013 Suzuka 8 Hours endurance race. Schwantz is joining Yukio Kagayama‘s team for the July 28 race, riding a Japanese Superbike-spec Suzuki GSX-R1000.
