Suzuki MotoGP Development Video Series
Thu, 02 Jan 2014The first video of a four-part series documenting Team Suzuki’s MotoGP development process for its return to MotoGP in 2015 featuring behind-the-scenes and on-track footage is now available for viewing. Further programs will be available here on January 4th, January 7th and January 10th. Episode 1 The Suzuki MotoGP test program gets underway in March at Suzuki’s Development base in Ryuyo, Japan with behind-the-scenes footage, on-track action and an interview with Suzuki MotoGP test rider Nobu Aoki. Episode 2 The team moves to Twin Ring Motegi in Japan in April and May where MotoGP rider Randy De Puniet joins the team as test rider.
Kevin Schwantz Visits Suzuki Headquarters Ahead of Suzuka 8-Hours
Mon, 07 Jul 2014Former 500cc World Champion Kevin Schwantz recently visited Japan to take part in the official test for the 2014 Coca-Cola Zero Suzuka 8-Hours. Schwantz, who last year finished third at Suzuka riding for Team Kagayama, is part of the Yoshimura Suzuki Shell Advance Legend Racing Team and will ride alongside his 1986 Suzuka 8-Hour partner Satoshi Tsujimoto and Suzuki Moto GP test rider Nobuatsu Aoki. 2013 AMA Supercross Indianapolis Race Report
Mon, 18 Mar 2013Ryan Villopoto continues to be in championship form, taking his third consecutive victory and sixth of the season with a win at Lucas Oil Stadium for the Indianapolis round of the 2013 AMA Supercross Championship. The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider had a calculated, methodical race to take the win and expand his championship lead to nine points ahead of Davi Millsaps. Millsaps took the holeshot in a chaotic start to the main event that saw several riders go down at the opening corner.
