2004 SUZUKI GSX-R1000, This is a 2004 Suzuki GXR1000, and yes, it really does have 19,000 miles on it. Adult ridden, the bike is pretty clean for its age and miles. A minor blemish near the gas fill was the only thing I noticed when taking these pictures. We installed a new battery and tire, and she flew through our 33-point inspection with no troubles. Wed, 06 Jun 2012I was both nervous and excited for my first ever reverse direction track day last week at Knockhill. From rushing downhill into the left hand off camber hairpin to sweeping up onto the start/finish, nothing bears any resemblance to riding round clockwise. I actually raced my 350LC in the opposite direction in 1982 but it still took a few laps to get my head round what essentially is a brand new track for Scotland.
