This is a beautiful sidecar rig. This sidecar is freshly painted (professionally done) and tuned up. The motorcycle is a Suzuki GS850G (1980) with 21k on it. Great tires and battery. Everything works and is ready to ride. I was told the sidecar itself is British, but I don't know what make it is. The sidecar is actually made of steel and has its own suspension. The sidecar has brakes that can be connected. The Suzuki has plenty of power for the sidecar. The motorcycle handle the sidecar very easily and is smooth. Lights on sidecar work with the bike's lights. The suspension of the sidecar makes the rides very nice in the sidecar. This rig doesn't need anything. It is ready to show and go. 46,061 Motorcycles Stolen in US in 2012
Mon, 25 Nov 2013An average of 126 motorcycles were stolen in the U.S. every day in 2012, according to a report released by the the National Insurance Crime Bureau. That’s from a total of 46,061 motorcycles reported stolen that year a 1.3% improvement from the 46,667 motorcycles reported stolen in 2011.
Suzuki Provides Aid Following Chinese Earthquake
Mon, 22 Apr 2013Suzuki is providing 10 million yen (US$100,500) in aid to the Red Cross Society to provide support for those affected by the April 20 earthquake in China’s Sichuan province. Suzuki‘s pledge is in addition to 1 million RMB (US$161,000) donated by Chongqing Changan Suzuki Automobile Co., a Suzuki joint venture with China’s Changan Group. The region in southwestern China was hit by a major tremor at about 8 o’clock in the morning, local time.
