Suzuki GS description

Selling as I'm downsizing my motorcycle collection. This is a great motorcycle; recent new sprocket and chain, carbs cleaned (runs perfect), tires in great shape, Yokohama exhaust, Corbin seat, and plenty of smooth power! This bike has a few normal dings with go with it's age (right-side engine protection bar scratched - fell off kick-stand in gravel driveway, never crashed), small tear in side of seat and a few very minor blemishes hardly noticeable. Good luck bidding and I can promise that this Bandit will not disappoint! Plenty of life left and an absolute blast for the price point.

Suzuki declared a loss of 2.4 billion yen (US$30.0 million) from its motorcycle division over the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012. Though still a loss, it’s an improvement on the loss of 10.8 billion yen reported the previous year. Suzuki attributes the loss to an appreciating yen and the financial impact from heavy flooding in Thailand.

Is This the New Suzuki V-Strom 650?

Wed, 01 Jun 2011

Suzuki has released a teaser for a new mid-sized adventure bike, likely an updated V-Strom. The teaser campaign, which can be seen at Suzuki’s official website, shows the image above, along with the words: “Time For Real Adventures” and “Middle-Class New Motorcycle”. These hints suggest the new model will be an updated V-Strom 650, likely using an engine similar to the one powering the Suzuki Gladius SFV650.
