Suzuki GS description

Up for sale is a 2000 Suzuki GSX 600 Katana with a clean and clear title and only 8700 miles on it! The bike has very low mileage and it runs perfect. It just had an extensive service performed after sitting in storage for the past year. We just changed the oil, filter, spark plugs, fully cleaned and rebuilt the carbs, drained the tank and put fresh fuel, rebuilt the front brake system and flushed with fresh fluid, new battery, and new back tire. It is 100% showroom stock and should pass any state inspection. There are a few scratches and scrapes on both sides of the bike from parking lot falls but overall this is a very clean bike. This bike needs nothing but a new owner and would make an excellent comfortable sportbike, sport tourer, commuter, or starter bike. The oil cooled motors in the older GSX-R's and Katana's are bullet proof reliable and this will easily go for another 50k miles with regular maintenance. Asking only $2250 OBO, call 7175I5OO64 for more info.

MotoGP to Re-Visit Rookie Rule

Tue, 19 Jun 2012

MotoGP organizers are re-opening discussion for the series’ rookie rule which prevents new riders from entering the series with factory teams. Introduced following the 2009 MotoGP season, the rule was designed to give satellite teams the chance to field young up-and-coming talents  they otherwise wouldn’t have been able to sign. The theory was the rule would protect the satellite teams and spread out the talent pool.
