Suzuki GS tech info

Suzuki GS description
You are bidding on my 1982 Suzuki GS1100E sport bike. It has only 11,470 miles on it at the moment. It runs and drives great but does need new front forks seals. I am the second owner and I purchased the bike in 1989. Since then it has always been garage kept and it has never been dropped. I think it was ridden in the rain only once or twice. I does have some small blemishes in the paint and some wear on the seat (see pictures). It has new spark plugs. The exhaust is a Kerker 4 into one header that was on the bike when I got it. Because of the header it has no center stand. Good tires and brakes. I really hate to give up this bike but unfortunately I can't ride much anymore. Please understand this is an as is where is sale. There is no warrantee of any kind. The buyer is responsible for pickup and or arranging shipping. I will do what I can on this end if you need to ship it somewhere. I have a clear New Jersey Title that I will give to the winning buyer after full payment is made. 250.00 deposit via PayPal and the balance in cash or certified check on pickup. Please ask any questions before bidding. Thanks

2012 GSX-R1000 arrives at Visordown HQ
Wed, 23 May 2012You've probably seen the video of Simon Crafar smoking up the 2012 GSX-R1000 at Almeria. Impressive stuff. Suzuki are (correct me if I'm wrong) the last manufacturer of an inline four superbike not to offer it with some sort of electronic rider aids.

Suzuki Concludes MotoGP Test At Phillip Island
Thu, 05 Jun 2014The Suzuki MotoGP team concluded its three-day test at Phillip Island in Australia today after rain and less-than-perfect track conditions hampered much of the progress the riders and technicians hoped to make. Test rider Randy De Puniet was joined by Voltcom Crescent Suzuki World Superbike rider Eugene Laverty for the first two days; unfortunately suffering a crash early on the first day due to the slippery and damp conditions. However the Irishman was able to complete 37 laps yesterday despite inclement weather that halted much of the testing on every day; and which included a large amount of geese on the circuit obstructing every session.
