Suzuki Boulevard description

2009 Suzuki Boulevard C50, Check it out, APE HANGERS! - A Classic Cruiser With A Style Of Its Own. The Boulevard C50 has the soul of a classic cruiser combined with V-twin performance that gives you a charge every time you twist the throttle. The Boulevard C50's classic design begins with the flowing lines of its kicked-out front end and pullback handlebars, which perfectly complement its teardrop tank, stepped seat and boldly valanced rear fender. These lines, of course, show off its spacious seating position, which promises a comfortable ride hour after hour. Down the boulevard or out on the highway, the C50's V-twin powerplant is engineered for pure excitement. With strong low-end and mid-range torque, it accelerates hard from just above idle. Yet, thanks to its advanced engineering, it's incredibly smooth at highway cruising speeds. It's time to discover how good a classic cruiser can be - with the Boulevard C50. Don't be scared, there're just Ape Hangers! and man are they COOL! The previuos owner of this 2009 Suzuki C50 treated this bike to a set of apes, saddle bags and he blacked out the head light, blinkers and air cleaner cover for a very cool chopper look. This Suzuki runs, rides, shifts and looks great. The only flaw we found is some minor paint scratches on the right side of rthe gas tank. Call Ian with internet sales at 877-297-5985 to start riding with your hands high in the air today. Groovy Man!

GSX-R600 and CBR250R the glass is half full

Wed, 13 Oct 2010

Suzuki’s GSX-R600 might not look that much different to the outgoing model but I suspect this bike could be very much a dark horse in 2011. I say this because two years ago I was definitely not building my hopes up en route to the K9 GSXR 1000 launch. The leaked pictures suggested the biggest change from the 2007 version would be some fresh graphics but I was so wrong.  As it turned out, I was greeted in Almeria with a brand new bike, built from the tarmac up and it proved to be more than a match in every department for the much hyped 2009 Yamaha R1.

Team Hammer Releases Martin Cardenas

Fri, 04 Jan 2013

AMA Pro Racing’s Team Hammer has released Martin Cardenas from his contract to allow the reigning AMA Daytona Sportbike Champion “to better pursue his goal of returning to World Championship competition as soon as possible.” Though the eventual goal appears to be for Cardenas to move up to the World Superbike Championship, rumors have Cardenas landing with the Yoshimura Suzuki factory team to race in the AMA Superbike Championship in 2013 as an eventual stepping stone towards international racing. Cardenas won the 2010 and 2012 AMA Daytona Sportbike championships with Team Hammer riding a Suzuki GSX-R600. Team Hammer held a contract option for Cardenas for the 2013 season but decided to release the Colombian racer, allowing him to take a different route towards a WSBK career.
