2007 Suzuki VL1500 Garage kept with cover on, saw rain maybe three times. Serviced at local Suzuki dealer every 3,000 miles. 2 adult owners and never down. I have had the bike 6 or 7 years. Recent service, new Metzler tires, 18" front and 16" rear and very nice billet wheels. Everything works on the bike. See pictures for accessories. Also have Battery Tender & external charger hookup and new Suzuki cover. GPS, Phone charger, MP3 hook up,NEW XXL jacket, T-Bag--Ice Chest, Side Burner exhaust with Bully programmer, Chaps for engine guards. Everything goes. This bike is right. The Japanese are celebrating the 35th anniversary of the legendary Suzuki Katana motorcycle, whose appearance on the road still stuns the layman. Back in the day, the Japanese manufacturer relied on the European design studio Target Design to get an innovative motorcycle. Hans Muth, the ex-BMW designer at the time, presented two concepts: a 650cc prototype and a 1100cc version that ended up on the assembly line.

2014 Suzuki V-Strom 1000 Specs Released

Suzuki continued its nearly year-long tease for its new V-Strom 1000, releasing new pictures and full technical specifications for the highly-anticipated adventure tourer. We first saw the 2014 Suzuki V-Strom 1000 at the 2012 Intermot Show in Cologne last October. For a concept, the V-Strom appeared close to being ready for production, and the new photos of the production model show very few visual changes from the past year.
