Title in hand, price is non-negotiable. Red Light Changer installed. 17 polished Holeshot slip-on muffler (adds 11-13 horses over stock muffler). Holeshot 5 degree timing advancer with cover gasket. This adds crazy throttle response. Original timing belt and gasket cover are available with the extra accessories. New Regina ZR chain (made in Italy) kit and new chain link. HID H4 Xenon Plasma Blue Halogen head-lamp. US Motorcycle Thefts Down 6% in 2011
Tue, 09 Oct 2012Americans reported 46,667 motorcycle thefts in 2011, a 6% decrease from 49,791 stolen motorcycles in 2010, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau. Despite the drop in reported thefts, the non-profit organization representing nearly 1100 property and casualty insurance companies says the theft rate still averages out to one motorcycle stolen every 11 minutes in the U.S. The numbers were published in the NICB’s 2011 ForeCAST Report which examined theft reports as well as recoveries.
Suzuki GW250 Inazuma Reportedly Coming to Canada
Tue, 30 Oct 2012The Suzuki Inazuma is coming to Canada, according to multiple reports. The entry-level motorcycle was displayed at a recent dealer meeting in Mont Tremblant, Quebec, though it appears Canadians may have to wait as bit longer for the Inazuma to arrive in showrooms. According to Canadian sites CMGOnline and MotorcycleMojo, Suzuki is in the initial stages of introducing the 248cc streetbike to Canada, so a 2014 launch may be more likely than 2013 availability.
Suzuki Motor of America Officially Open for Business
Tue, 02 Apr 2013American Suzuki Motor Corporation is officially no more, with the company’s operating assets transferred to the newly-formed Suzuki Motor of America, Inc. on March 31, 2013. The new company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Japan’s Suzuki Motor Corporation, will be the sole distributor of Suzuki motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, marine engines and automotive parts for the continental U.S.
