I have owned this bike for about 4 years.  It has always been garage kept its whole life.  Excellent condition and I don't think it even has hardly any scratches on it...see pictures..  Carbon fiber exhaust sounds awesome.  Front tire has less than 300 miles on it.  Back tire is in great condition.  Master clutch cylinder replaced last year.  otherwise, nice stock bike.  Bike is sold as-is and if you want it shipped, you make and pay for all shipping.  If the bike is staying in-state, I expect pick-up to be during local title office hours as we are going to transfer the title when you pick up the bike at your cost to transfer the title.  I have the original owners manual and the original sales brochure for the bike that goes with it.  Ask if you have any questions.

This bike started it's life as a 1000cc Police bike.  Many people turn the KZ1000 into a drag bike, or it could be set back to a simple bagger pretty easily if that is what you want.  Or it can be restored to being a police bike, but you risk getting pulled over for impersonating an officer.  This bike is the perfect example of what happens when you have an old police bike that has been stripped of decals, lights, radio, etc. and you just have way too much time on your hands. This is the only Zombie response Motorcycle I have ever seen and it has been in a Halloween Parade and a couple bike shows.  Mechanically, it runs great and starts right up when you follow this bikes starting procedure.  All 4 carbs were rebuilt last year and the stock air box was replaced with drag filters.  The stock air box, stock rear radio mount and other parts come with the bike.  New wires & plugs as well.  Turn signals and horn work and the bike should pass inspection.  Bike comes with all attachments as shown in the pictures including a bag cell phone that lights up..

As a kid, I always dreamed of owning an XT 500, so when I saw this beautiful bike for sale on eBay, I decided to go for it. I rode the bike for a few hundred miles this summer and scratched that itch, so now I'm going to sell it for someone else to enjoy.  I bought this bike exactly as you see it here on eBay last Spring. The previous owner told me he completely restored it and it looks like it.
