1950 Vincent C Comet (1950)
I am in the process of trying to cut my collection down to 20 motorcycles, and am currently at 26. (down from 37 in March) In april, I acquired a 51 Comet with 9200 actual miles on it. Unfortunately that makes my 1950 model a duplicate. Planned to take this one to Vegas in January, but thought I would give you a chance on it first. I restored the bike about 9 years ago, and have put about 15,000 miles on it since then, just getting broken in. No expense was spared in the restoration, and it still looks almost as good as when it was first built. I was going to clean it up before taking the pictures, as I rode it on the Vincent Owners Club North American Rally a few weeks ago, and another run before that. But decided to show it as it looks after about 400 miles since being cleaned.
Everything works as it should, and its ready to ride anywhere. Before you ask, I can let you know, that the RFM was probably a replacement part, as there is no number on it, and I inspected it carefully prior to powder coating and there was no indication of the part ever having been numbered. I understand that replacement RFM's were supplied without a number. The UFM is numbered but is an older part. The price asked reflects these matters.

1980 Custom Built Motorcycles Other (1980)
Up for sale is a custom 1980 XS850 Monoshock Cafe Racer.I spent over a year building this bike and I absolutely love it...I just don't ride it enough, and don't really have a need for an 850cc bike right now. I did all of the work myself except for the powder coating and the welding/fab work. The welder is reputable and I can provide more information upon request.
