I believe this is a 1971.   Nice little bike. The fenders and seat are in great shape.  It starts and runs excellent but does have the second gear slip.  I was going to restore it to perfect but just do not have the time.  It is definitely nice enough to leave the way it is... unless you need it perfect.  I see a lot of junk and incomplete bikes out there.
