It’s titled as a 1964 P11 which of course is nonsense, but the engine and frame numbers match and are listed on the title so an easyish fix . Buchanan spokes new Akront wheels, dave smith magneto rebuild ,solid state rectifier and mikuni conversion… Bate’s head and tail light.

I have here a very nice shadow 750. Runs great, starts every time. Lots of custom parts on this bike.
