Great Bike ready to ride to Sturgis.  Has big cam upgrade, tuner, new vance and hines exhaust, new abs controller, touring kit so the rear trunk can be easily removed, and short smoked windshield.  Have the old fatory original if wanted.  Tires are in great condition. Just had the 40000 mile service completed. I have a loan on this vehicle so pick up and payment should be made during banking hours Mon-Sat so I can get a release of lean on the title for you.  This is a pick up only auction however if you win the auction we may be able to work something out for me to deliver.

Up for sale is my very nice 80 xt500, this is a low mileage bike at only 5,074 miles,all original down to the factory mirror,bike is not new, it does have a couple scratches and a couple of dings in the tank(I have a perfect tank if you want to purchase it separately)I have had 2 knee surgeries and I am getting older than I think I am LOL so it is getting harder to kick these big thumpers over for me,and I just don't ride it any more. The bike speaks for itself,I will hold for 2 weeks,after that it is $20 a day inside secure storage,as in the past people have left bikes in my garage way too long,sorry but that is the way it is.I will accept bank checks,cash or personal checks,but the bike does not leave my garage till payment is cleared,more trouble with other buyers in the past.I have put a tt500 carb on as the original xt's have the accelerator pump type and the tt's are way simplier.It had a issue with the key switch,so I have installed a new one and the old one does go with the bike,just in case someone wants it.A $500 deposit with paypal in 24 hours of the bike selling,as is no warrantys,don't bid if you aren't gonna buy it.bike is for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the auction early. This bike is in great condition, looks great too. We did add a few things like a mustang seat, drag pipes, newer back tire, crash bars, fender rails. We have had lots of rides all over on this bike.

Fresh out of the barn it turns over has compression but didn't try to start it. The carbs need gone thru as with everything else. Needs total restore or use for parts (NO TITLE) Please ask plenty of questions, It has dents, dings and scratches so look closely.

08' KTM SX450F with terrific tires, new sprocket/chain, electric starter, around 20-25 hours on the bike total, oil changed every five hours with synthetic oil, air filter cleaned often, mechanically solid bike. I am a beginner 35 yr old rider and set this bike up for trail riding. I ran it on a couple of vet C class hare scrambles but to my knowledge has never been raced motorcross.

GOOD RUNNING TRAIL BIKE. IT IS THE PERFECT ALL AROUND BIKE..NOT TOO MUCH POWER BUT PLENTY ENOUGH. GUY RIDING IT IS 6ft 180 lbS AND HAS BEEN RIDING IT FOR 2yrS, HE UPGRADED TO A 400 AND IS LOOKING TO SELL THIS ONE..CLEAN GOOD RUNNING BIKE.
