2012 Royal Enfield C5 , For sale: Low miles 2012 Royal Enfield C5 Military with matching sidecar. Bike has just over 1700 miles. Changing circumstances mean the motorcycle has to go. Bought new in Nov 2012 from Ft. Worth dealer that did may custom touches as their show bike: blackout treatment on many of the stock chromed parts, matching sidecar, tank rack, performance exhaust. Changes I''ve made: added the rear rack, custom leather sidecar cover with center support, quieter exhaust in stock position to permit adding saddlebags. Original tool kit and spare tubes and cables are still with it. Also comes with three more oil change kits. (Services done at 300 miles and 1100 miles.) Asking $10500.00 (or best offer). The white AFX modular helmet is less than 1 year old, the Street&Steel half-helmet is 1 year old. The silver Lazer is old and only for a "spare". Both jackets are Bilt brand in size - 1 summer mesh (size L) and the other a 3/4 length winter (size XL) with removable liner. Both jackets have spine pad and segmented shoulder and elbow armor. Polaris Reports Q2 2012 Results
Tue, 24 Jul 2012Polaris Industries reported a 110% increase in sales from its On-Road division over the second quarter of 2012. The On-Road division consists primarily of Victory Motorcycles but also includes Indian Motorcycles, electric vehicle brands Global Electric Motorcars and Goupil. The acquisitions of the latter three brands contributed to nearly a third of the overall growth.
Three-Year-Old Motorcycle Prodigy?
Tue, 18 Aug 2009Even though Tiger woods started paying golf at age two, this story of a three-year-old boy from New Delhi, India is probably just as impressive, maybe more. Azeem Khan, photographed on the Royal Enfield Bullet above, has been granted a special license by judges in India allowing him to ride his motorcycle on side roads but is not allowed out on the main roads by himself. Khan’s father had to customize the bike so that the young boy could reach the controls and prove that he could handle the motorcycle on his own. I used to sit him on my bike and he would always grab at the controls.

The 2012 Royal Enfield Thunderbird 500 is a larger displacement version of the 346cc Thunderbird which Royal Enfield first unveiled in 2000. The original Thunderbird 350 was Royal Enfield’s first model to use a unit construction engine.
