Royal Enfield Continental GT description

2014 Royal Enfield Continental GT. 6500 Miles. The Royal Enfield GT is the lightest, and most powerful motorcycle in Enfields collection. A nod to motorcycling's finest hour., the best expression yet of a cultural phenomenon that has simply refused to fade away- the cafe racer. The engine displaces 535c with dollops of torque. With gas charged rear shocks from Paoli and Brembo disc brakes. Pirelli Sports Demon types and a remapped ECU. Electronic ignition, and Electronic fuel injection. It has a small dent in the right side fuel tank, which should be visible in the pictures. Also, has Lightweight battery tender battery, and Carpy's windscreen and high intensity headlamp. Runs beautifully! Looks awesome.

2018 Royal Enfield Himalayan First Ride Review

    Fri, 09 Mar 2018

The Sherpa of things to come Royal Enfield designed and built this motorcycle in India, for Indians, a few years ago, with no plans really to export it. Why bother? India took over from China last year as the world’s biggest motorcycle market; Indians buy something like 48,000 motos a day (which probably includes lots of scooters and mopeds, but you get the picture – something like 17.7 million a year).

2024 Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 Review – First Ride

    Mon, 15 Jan 2024

Born of creative chaos Photos by Royal Enfield Motorcycles In the past six years since Royal Enfield launched its first 650cc twin-cylinder bikes of the modern era in the 2018 model year, the well-developed, well-built and well-priced Interceptor and Continental GT have catapulted the Indian manufacturer into a leading role in the global middleweight motorcycle market. These two debut models were joined a year ago by the Super Meteor, the first of what was billed as a series of Custom versions on the same twin-cylinder platform. This has, if anything, been even more of a global hit than its two predecessors, despite holdups in supplies to various markets of these, the three most costly and most powerful models in Royal Enfield’s range, which its CEO Siddhartha Lal says he expected at the outset would have greatest appeal to export customers.
