Royal Enfield Bullet 500 tech info

Royal Enfield Bullet 500 description
This is my 2008 Bullet 500ES. It has 76xx miles. There are lots of tasteful modifications done including a solo seat, cargo carrier, bar end mirrors, classic style gas cap, headlight eyebrow, stainless header wrapped with heat tape, Dunstall style muffler, pedestrian slicer front plate, 7" headlamp conversion, bullet style indicators, Harley style tail lamp, ACE air canister air filter, and a steering stem clock.
There are a few small imperfections on the bike. There is a small ding and a small chip on top of the tank, an a medium sized chip on the back side of the front fender. There are several boxes of stock parts, filters, a full case of oil, and several factory manuals. I've owned the bike for several months and purchased it from the original owner. I've purchased a new bike and this one needs to go. |

2019 Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 And Interceptor 650 Review - First Ride
Wed, 03 Oct 2018One platform; two personalities Credit: Photos by Royal Enfield Ever since my interview last December with Rod Copes, President of Royal Enfield North America, I’ve been looking forward to experiencing the new 650 Twin the company developed for the Continental GT 650 and the Interceptor 650. The common engine and chassis underlying these two models represent just one of “several” platforms slated to be released by RE in the next 3-5 years, according to Copes. Additionally, Copes claims that these platforms will all be aimed at the 400-700cc category because Royal Enfield wants to be the global leader in the middle-weight segment, which he thinks is underutilized as most manufacturers have been exploiting the heavy-weight market with its wider profit margins.
