Stourbridge Motorcycle Centre Limited is a newly formed business located just off the Ring Road in Stourbridge, West Midlands and have a 1,500sq ft unit comprising of a garage which offers servicing, repairs, tyre fitting and MOT’s for ALL makes of motorcycles and scooters. We are open SEVEN DAYS PER WEEK!!

We have over 20 years of motorcycle mechanics experience and ride bikes ourselves all year round (not just fair weather riders ;-) and will treat your machine with the love, care and attention we would our own.

We stock a large selection of parts and accessories – including helmets, gloves, security, etc along with consumables for all bikes such as oil, spark plugs, batteries, etc.

We are a limited company registered with Companies House and are VAT registered.

PAYMENTS

We currently accept the following methods of payment:

PayPal – Payment must be received within 72 hours of the auction end.

Postal Orders or Cheques - (made payable to ‘Stourbridge Motorcycle Centre Ltd’) Please allow 4-5 days for cheques to clear after receipt. Cheques and Postal Orders must be received within 7 days.

UK Postage (England, Wales and parts of Scotland) - Items are posted free of charge.

All items for mainland UK are picked, fully checked for quality compliance and shipped within one day of cleared payment. The courier generally offers a 3 day delivery.

If a more urgent delivery is required, or if there are multiple items, then we can combine or adjust the cost of delivery but this extra small cost would be the responsibility of the buyer. Please call us for more information / quote.

ORDERS ARE ONLY DISPATCHED TO THE ADDRESS ON YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT. UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT ACCEPT CHANGE OF ADDRESSES FOR ANY OTHER REASON. THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION.

All parcels are sent for delivery by a fully insured trackable courier.

TERMS& CONDITIONS

Returns – Returns are only accepted if:

1.       We are notified of any fault within 48 hours of receipt,

2.       The item proves faulty and is returned to us within 7 days from receipt.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return postage which will then be refunded upon receipt of goods proven faulty. We reserve the right to make a re-stocking charge for the return of non-faulty goods.

Feedback – If you have any ‘issues’ at all with your purchase from us then please contact us (before leaving negative feedback) and allow us to attempt to resolve the issue for you.

Stocking Policy – We carry heavy stocks of all of the products listed on eBay. However, occasionally we may run out of stock or have a delayed replenishment causing a shortage of sizes, colours, etc. In these instances we will always offer you the choice and provide you with:

2.       An estimation of the delivery time for your order, or

3.       A full refund, or

4.       Offer you an alternative product
