There is a small scratch on front fender that happened from dropping the scooter when I first got it. I have replaced the handlebar grips with black ones. The tan ones that originally come with the scooter get sticky with any amount of time in the sun. Scooter has less than 500 miles on it. I am the original owner. I bought the scooter from Scoots LLC. in memphis, TN. i have had only a couple of issues with a starter and the break light. Both issues were fixed under the warranty. This is a genuine stella scooter, 4 stroke engine, manuel shift. It is definitely difficult to start in cold weather, but always starts right away with kickstart.
