1957 Other Makes Prima 150 on 2040-motos

A neighbor who is 75 years of age and a lifelong antique found this German nsu scooter at an old friends garage here in Portland. Has not run for decades motor does not spin and is all there 99% complete. Bill of sale. No frame rust a little on body . these scooters are impossibly rare in the states, related to lambretta and the bigger nsu max bikes (one of which I had years ago. Trying to get photos. I am not sure of the year, model or anything else really and would like opinions. Nsu stands for Neckarsulm Strickmaschinen Union..made motorcycles from 1901 to 1963 and vw acquired them after that
