1974 OSSA PHANTOM.  FRAME UP RESTORATION  I have built several phantoms but this is the nicest.   The Engine is zero time since overhaul by a longtime Ossa Mechanic.  1st over with new piston & rings.  It has had the heavy rod conversion done.  All new bearings and seals.  New primary chain. Transmission has been gone through and gears replaced as needed.  It has been shimmed correctly and has the new style shift selector. New output shaft sprocket and chain of course.  36mm Bing Carburetor,  new float and screen & gasket.
