1978 Other Makes Motobecane on 2040-motos

Bike originally belonged to my cousin who purchased it new in the 70's. It had 25 miles on it when I got it. My son used it locally for about one summer (and dumped it once, why the speedometer is broken) and put about 200 miles on it. I took it out for a ride once and it just stopped firing on my way home from a 20 mile ride and hasn't sparked since. One of the chrome panels under the seat where you keep the oil bottle for the fuel is missing, tires are from 1978 and need to be replaced (getting cracked from age), will hold air for a couple weeks but eventually go flat.
