MOTORCYCLE AND ATV will be shipped in crate. Minor assembly required.  Please do double-checked before riding.  Check for loose nuts and bolts cause by vibration.  Each MOTORCYCLE AND ATV will come with a Bill of Sale and MCO for you to register title.

Auction Terms:  Please contact us within 3 days after end of auction to arrange for payment.  We accept all credit cards, Paypal, wire transfer, money order, cashier check. 

Warranty:  We have a complete line of parts. The MOTORCYCLE has a 90DAYS  limited warranty on engines.  Warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, like tire or brake pads, plastic body, seat, lights, shocks, and battery. etc... Warranty does not cover accident or collision damage. If there is damage to any parts when received, must notify us within 3 days for warranty to be valid. We will provide the replacement parts free of charge, but not the labor and freight. When replacement parts are required for repair during the warranty period, please return the defective parts to us at your cost. Our trained professionals will conduct examination and determine appropriate parts.  Please be reminded that replacement parts will not be shipped until after we received and tested the defective parts. All sales are final, no returns or refund.

Finally, you understand that you are responsible for any damage to equipment.  This product is not for children. 

 For your safety: The operator should always wear a helmet and eye protection. Never engage in stunt driving. Avoid excessive speeds and be particularly careful on difficult terrain. Make sure that all local laws and warning/recommendations on motorcycle passengers are obeyed.
