1963 Matchless G12 650 CSR Project

I have owned this bike for a little over a year and have yet to even start working on it. I just moved back to Ohio from California and brought the bike along with me. I purchased this bike from a buddy in one of the car clubs i hung out with in southern California, because his wife threw a fit he bought a bike. I now realize i dont have the time to finish it and would love to see someone complete this bike and get it back up and going. 

The is not locked up and has compression, and the carbs have been gone through but will probably need done again as it has sat for some time. I have spare parts to go along with the bike such as three extra heads and plenty of miscellaneous parts. I am open to offers on the bike, I am not trying to hit a home run on just recoup what I have invested. I'll entertain trades just no junk, but as always cash is king.
