TWELFTH STREET by Cynthia Vincent Maxi Dress Size M Sheer black silk maxi with multicolored geometric designs.  Elastic waist with a high-low skirt and faux wrap.  Halter top with adjustable ties and key hole opening at front neckline.

The Ghouls Edited by Peter Haining with an introduction by Vincent Price and an afterword by Christopher Lee.  1971 Hardcover with dust jacket.  published by Stein and Day.  Book club edition.  The book is in very good condition with only exceptions being slight creases on front and back covers and slight tear on front top left corner by spine.  The dust jacket also shows some wear and a few creases.  No torn, creased or missing pages.  No other marks of any kind inside or out.  One owner, myself.  Stored in smoke free environment.  All pictures are of the actual book for auction. Illustrated.  8 pages of black and white pictures.
